The Challenges of Returns

In the past, we offered full refunds, but unfortunately, we began receiving returns of items that had clearly been worn and some even damaged beyond repair. As a small business, this was really tough on us. We pour so much love into our pieces, and every unsellable return impacts our ability to sustain our business. Unlike large corporations, we don’t have the resources to absorb these losses, which is why we’ve had to adjust our policy to remain sustainable.
