Once your return is marked as received/accepted by our returns team your store credit will be issued immediately. You’ll receive an email with all the details, and your gift card will be ready to use and never expires!

Instant Exchanges

If you opt for an instant exchange, your exchange order will ship immediately. However, it’s important to send your return item back to us as soon as possible to avoid being charged for the exchanged product. Promptly mailing your return ensures a smooth exchange process.
