Order Processing:

• In-Stock Items: Ship within 1-3 business days.
• NOTE: Standard orders that come in after 12 PM EST will begin to be processed the following day.
• Made-to-Order Items: Production time is 2-6 weeks. If you need your order sooner, please contact us so we can assist.
• Pre-Order Items: Ship within the pre-order window provided. 

Shipping Destinations:

• Domestic and International: We ship worldwide.

Shipping Charges:

• Calculated and displayed at checkout.

Additional Information:

• Split Shipping: As we have two studio locations, your items may be shipped separately. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
• Duties and Taxes: Good news! Duties and taxes are now included in the price at checkout. Our website automatically updates based on where you’re shopping from, so what you see is exactly what you’ll pay, no surprises at delivery.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to unsafe shipping locations. If you live somewhere where a package may be left outside, please contact us to request a signature upon delivery.
