Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- In-Stock Items: Ship within 1-3 business days.
- Made-to-Order Items: Production time is 2-6 weeks. If you need your order sooner, please contact us so we can assist.
- Pre-Order Items: Ship within the pre-order window provided.
Shipping Destinations:
- Domestic and International: We ship worldwide.
Shipping Charges:
- Calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free domestic shipping on orders over $150 within the contiguous United States. Please note that this offer does not include shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories.
Additional Information:
- Split Shipping: As we have two studio locations, your items may be shipped separately. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
- Duties and Taxes: For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include customs clearance times.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to unsafe shipping locations. If you live somewhere where a package may be left outside, please contact us to request a signature upon delivery.
