Untamed Petals Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. You can choose a refund, exchange, or store credit through our Return Center.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued minus the original shipping cost.
• A $10 return fee applies to most U.S. refund requests.
• After Party dress refunds have a $25 return fee, plus $15 for each additional dress included in the return.
• Refunds with 6 or more non-After Party items will incur an additional $5 fee.

Exchanges & Store Credit

• Your first exchange is on us!
• Choosing store credit or your first exchange means no return fee.
• Additional exchanges have a small restocking fee:
  • $10 for accessories
  • $20 for After Party dresses

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, simply start a return through our Return Center and upload a few photos. Our team will take a look and get back to you as quickly as possible!

After Party Dresses
To be eligible for a return, the security ribbon must remain attached and untampered with. Dresses returned with signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage may be subject to a cleaning fee or may not be eligible for a return.
