Lost or Damaged Packages

At Untamed Petals, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, unforeseen issues can occur during transit.

Lost Packages:

If your package is lost during transit, please follow these steps:

  1. UPS Shipments:

    • File a Claim: Create a user ID with UPS if you don't have one. Then, file a claim through the UPS claims portal.
    • Investigation Timeline: The investigation process with UPS takes approximately 8 to 15 business days.
  2. USPS Shipments:

    • Help Request Form: If your order was shipped as a First Class Package and is delayed or experiencing unusual transit, complete a Help Request Form to initiate an investigation.

Important: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to unsafe shipping locations. If you live in an area where a package may be left outside, please contact us to require a signature upon delivery.

Damaged Packages:

If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include:

  • Photos: Clear images of the damaged items and packaging.
  • Order Details: Your order number and a description of the issue.

We will review the provided documentation and arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
