What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated a month ago

Lost or Damaged Packages

At Untamed Petals, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, unforeseen issues can occur during transit.

Lost Packages:

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we recommend initiating a claim with the carrier, as orders scanned in as delivered oftentimes are located. 

For UPS & USPS Shipments:

  • File a Claim: Create a user ID with UPS or USPS if you do not already have one. Once registered, submit a claim through the appropriate carrier’s claims portal based on the shipping provider used for your delivery.
  • Investigation Timeline: 
  • The investigation process with UPS takes approximately 8 to 15 business days.
  • The investigation process with USPS takes approximately 5 to 10 business days.

Shipment Delayed? 

  • If your order has shipped but is delayed or showing unusual tracking activity, we recommend filing a claim, as this can often help get it moving toward its destination

Important: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to unsafe shipping locations. If you live in an area where a package may be left outside, please contact us to require a signature upon delivery.

Damaged Packages:

If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include:

  • Photos: Clear images of the damaged items and packaging.
  • Order Details: Your order number and a description of the issue.

We will review the provided documentation and arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
