What happens if my order is returned to sender?Updated 2 hours ago

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address, we'll email you as soon as we receive it.

At that point, you can choose to:

• Have your order re-shipped to a corrected address (additional shipping charges will apply), or
• Receive a refund for your item, minus the original shipping cost. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

To help avoid delays, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, including any apartment, suite, or unit numbers.

If your order was returned due to an error on our end or by the shipping carrier, we'll gladly re-ship it at no additional cost.
