What Customizations Do We Offer?

1. Custom Length Adjustments

   • We offer custom length options of up to 6 inches to ensure your piece fits perfectly
   • A $75 customization fee applies for this service
     
     

2. Minor Custom Adjustments

   • Minor adjustments may be available for select items. Please contact our team to discuss your needs and confirm eligibility.

What We Don’t Offer

• We do not offer custom dress designs or major alterations. Our focus is on enhancing your chosen style with small adjustments to make it uniquely yours.

How to Request a Customization

1. Contact Us: Please contact us so we can create a custom order including the name of the dress, the size and the total length you're looking for (waist to hem).
2. Approval & Processing: Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm the details and provide an estimated timeline for completion and send you an invoice.
3. Payment: Once your invoice is paid we will begin on your custom dress.

Key Policies for Custom Orders

• Final Sale: All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure all measurements and requests are accurate when placing your order.
• Processing Time: Customizations require additional time to process. We’ll communicate a timeline during the confirmation stage.
