We’re happy to accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order — for store credit, an exchange, or a refund

Return and Exchange Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline the return if the item is not in perfect condition.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange due to deep discounting.

All returns and exchanges can be processed easily through our Return Center.

Additional Information:

  • Returns are only accepted within the 14-day window.
  • All US customers will be charged a $10 return fee. Our After Party collection dresses will incur a $20 processing and handling fee. We charge these fees to help offset the costs of processing returns - like inspecting the item, repackaging it, and updating our inventory. To avoid the fee, you can request an exchange or store credit through our return center. 
  • Your first exchange is on us — no fees at all! If you need to make an additional return or exchange after that, a small restocking fee will apply:
    • $10 for accessories
    $20 for After Party dresses
  • Please note, if you're processing a return for 6 or more pieces, not including our After Party collection, there will be an additional $5 return fee.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly, please process a return in our return center where you will be prompted to upload a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review the issue and get back to you with a resolution. 
  • Please be advised that if a garment or any style is returned in less than perfect condition, including any signs of wear or dirt, an invoice for a cleaning fee will be issued. Items returned with damage beyond repair will be sent back to you as the return will be denied. 
  • The ribbon attached to the After Party garment acts as a security seal and reads: 'Do not remove unless satisfied with fit – returns will not be accepted if this tag is removed or tampered with.' To be eligible for a return, the ribbon must remain intact and securely attached to the garment.
