Returns and Exchanges Policy
We are happy to offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds to the original payment method. For more information on why we do not offer refunds, click here.
Return and Exchange Guidelines:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange due to deep discounting.
All returns and exchanges can be processed easily through our Return Center.
Additional Information:
- Returns are only accepted within the 14-day window.
- In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged or incorrectly, please process a return in our return center where you will be prompted to upload a photo of the damage or incorrect item. We will review the issue and get back to you with a resolution.
