Undeliverable Addresses and Returned OrdersUpdated a month ago
At Untamed Petals, we strive to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and deliverable shipping address during checkout.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will:
- Notify you via email upon receiving the returned item.
- Provide you with options to either:
- Re-ship the item to a corrected address (additional shipping fees will apply), or
- Receive a refund for the item (less the original shipping fee, which is non-refundable). If you received free shipping on your original order we will deduct the shipping cost from the item total.
Re-shipping Fees
If you choose to have the item re-shipped, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the order again. The re-shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.
How to Avoid Undeliverable Addresses
To ensure your package arrives without delay:
- Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
- Include all necessary details, such as apartment numbers or business names.
- If you're unsure about your address's format, consult your local postal service.
Exceptions
If the undeliverable status was due to an error on our part or our shipping partner, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost.
