How to Make a Return:

1. Visit our Return Portal to start your return or exchange request. Please note, restocking fees will apply unless you choose a store credit or exchange. 
   • Jewelry & Accessories - $10.00
   • After Party Dresses - $20.00 
2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
3. All returns must be processed using the company-issued return label to ensure proper tracking and processing.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Products marked as final sale
• Orders outside of the 14 day return window
• Items that are not in their original condition with tags and packaging intact

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded back to your original form of payment once it reaches our warehouse. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
