Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Yes, you can request an address change if your order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes, and you may need to refer to our Undeliverable Address Policy if the package is returned to us.
How to Request an Address Change
If you need to update your shipping address:
- Contact us immediately by contacting us HERE.
- Include the following details in your request:
- Your order number
- The correct shipping address (ensure all details are accurate, including apartment numbers or business names)
Address Changes After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped:
- We recommend contacting the carrier directly to see if an address correction is possible. (Please note that additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections will be your responsibility.)
- If the package cannot be rerouted and is returned to us, we will notify you and provide options to:
- Reship the item to the correct address (additional shipping fees will apply), or
- Refund the item cost (less the original shipping fee, which is non-refundable).
Exceptions
- If the address error was due to a mistake on our end, we will work to correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
- If the order is a custom or made-to-order item, address changes may not be possible after production has started.
